A motion was made by David Phillips and seconded by Lester Webb to grant the legal transfer of Barton C. Wingard from Sheridan. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Lester Webb and seconded by David Phillips to approve the 2003-2004 Special Education Consolidated Application and the 2002-2003 Special Education Annual Financial Report. Motion carried.
A motion was made by David Phillips and seconded by Lester Webb to approve the attached inventory deletion list. Motion carried.
The board discussed school improvement of Poyen economically disadvantaged high school students and looking into a policy to hold students accountable for end of course exams.
