The Poyen Board of Education met in regular session on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 in the boardroom.
A motion was made by Tommy Moore and seconded by David Phillips to accept the legal transfers of the children of Lisa Smith, Alissa Hollinger, Donna Allbright, Nancy Derrick, and Christina Fleming. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Kathy Gravitt and seconded by Lester Webb to add position of Parent Facilitator to the salary supplement schedule. Motion carried.
A motion was made by David Phillips and seconded by Kathy Gravitt to approve the 2004-2005 Equity Compliance Report. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Lester Webb and seconded by Tommy Moore to place school bus #4 up for sale. The school will take bids to be decided on at the next board meeting. Motion carried.
The board meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
The next board meeting is scheduled for November 8, 2004 at 7:00.
