A motion was made by Tommy Moore and seconded by Kathy Gravitt to approve the attached election resolution to hold the school election in the most economical way possible. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Lester Webb and seconded by Tommy Moore to hold a public meeting on September 6, 2005 to discuss district goals for the school year. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Tommy Moore and seconded by Kathy Gravitt to approve the Annual Financial Report for 2004-2005 and the Budget or 2005-2006. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Lester Webb and seconded by Tommy Moore to approve the legal transfer of Kristen Ross. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Kathy Gravitt and seconded by Lester Webb to approve the attached inventory deletion list. Motion carried.
