The Poyen Board of Education met in special session on Monday, December 12, in the boardroom.
A motion was made by Lester Webb and seconded by David Phillips to expel Cody Dyer for 2005-2006 school year, from December 13-end of this school year. Motion carried.
A motion was made by David Phillips and seconded by Tommy Moore to take bids to sell bus #5, 1987 Chevrolet. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Tommy Moore and seconded by Nathan Goodman to delete computer #182 from inventory. See attachment. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Nathan Goodman and seconded by Lester Webb to approve the attached resolution opposing Senate Bill 132. This bill forms county wide school districts. Motion carried.
Board meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m. The next board meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 9, 2006.
