A motion was made by Lester Webb and seconded by David Phillips to accept the resignation of Chet Dycus effective June 28, 2005. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Tommy Moore and seconded by Lester Webb to employ Clayton Ray for the 2005-2006 school term as teacher/coach. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Kathy Gravitt and seconded by Tommy Moore to approve the legal transfers of Brittany Scott, Joshua Stone, and Colton McCool. Motion carried.
A motion was made by David Phillips and seconded by Kathy Gravitt to review and approve the 2003-2004 audit report. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Lester Webb and seconded by Tommy Moore to approve the employment of Diana Layrock as Hippy teacher. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Tommy Moore and seconded by Kathy Gravitt to join with Arch Ford ESC in The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN). Motion carried.
A motion was made by Kathy Gravitt and seconded by David Phillips to accept the bread bid from Family Market and the milk bid from Coleman Dairy. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Nathan Goodman and seconded by Kathy Gravitt to appoint Jerry Newton ex-officio secretary for 2005-2006 and 2006-2007. Motion carried.
The board discussed the building project and the start of school.
