The Poyen Board of Education met in regular session
on Friday, December 1, 2006, in the boardroom.
A motion was made by David Phillips and seconded by Kathy Gravitt to
approve the November 2 board minutes and the November revenue &
expenditure report. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Kathy Gravitt and seconded by Lester Webb to accept
the resignation of Brenda Paul. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Lester Webb and seconded by David Phillips to
employ Shannon Minton for the remainder of the 2006-2007 school term.
Motion carried.
Board meeting adjourned at 7:15. The next board meeting is scheduled for
January 9, 2007.
