A motion was made by Nathan Goodman and seconded by Lester Webb to hire Bailey & Associates as architect for renovation of the old high school building project (bldg. #1). Motion carried.
A motion was made by David Phillips and seconded by Lester Webb to renew and extend Supt. Jerry Newton’s contract through June 2009. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Kathy Gravitt and seconded David Phillips to accept the bid of $600.00 on bus #5 from Jonathan Goodman. Bus is sold as is. Motion carried.
The board held a public forum to discuss and allow for public input on the district’s ten year facility plan.
The board discussed the new high school project, facility ten year plan, and renovation of the old high school building.
Board meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m. The next board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 7, 2006.
