The Poyen Board of Education met in regular session on Monday, March 6, 2006 in the boardroom.
A motion was made by Nathan Goodman and seconded by Lester Webb to approve the attached inventory deletion list. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Kathy Gravitt and seconded by Tommy Moore to approve the revised 04-05/05-06 AFRB. Bonded Debt Assistance revenue was doubled on the original report. Motion carried.
A motion was made by David Phillips and seconded by Tommy Moore to renew contracts for all classified and certified staff for 2006-2007. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Nathan Goodman and seconded by David Phillips to approve the Poyen School Technology Plan. Motion carried.
The board discussed construction of the new high school building and work at the playground area.
The next board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 13, 2006.
