The Poyen Board of Education met in regular session on Thursday, November 1, 2007 in the boardroom.
A motion was made by David Phillips and seconded by Lester Webb to approve the October board minutes and October financial report. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Nathan Goodman and seconded by David Phillips to accept the resignation of Coach Stan May. Motion carried.
A motion was made by David Phillips and seconded by Lester Webb to approve the resolution authorizing the issuance and delivery of bonds to Ross, Sinclaire & Associates, Inc. Motion carried.
The board discussed building projects and the staff Christmas party December 21 at Prattsville Community Center @ 6:00 p.m.
The next board meetings are scheduled for December 10 and January 8.
