Congratulations to the following students who won awards on March 2, 2018 at the Ouachita Mountains Regional Science and Engineering Fair.  I am so proud of the hard work every student who competed put forth for this year's regional fair and the way they represented our school on March 2nd!  -Way to go Kiddos - Mrs. Jones 

Lacy Beaver – Outstanding Award in Chemistry - First Place

Kacie Evans – Outstanding Project in Chemistry Runner-Up 

Brigette Crowe – Soybean Science Challenge Award with $300 cash prize 

Emilee Webb and Madison Yarbrough Team Project –   Outstanding Project in Energy: Chemical First Place, Association for Women Geoscientists Certificate of  Excellence, and Ricoh Sustainable Development Award

Jacob Farmer – Energy: Chemical Runner-Up, NOAA's 2018 Taking the Pulse of the Planet Award,  and 

Ricoh Sustainable Development Award

Daniel Ellison and Hunter Evans Team Project – American Meteorologist Society Certificate of Outstanding Achievement

Brylea Priebe and Breanna Sanchez team engineering project– US Metric Association SI Award

Abbi O’Brien – Mu Alpha Theta Award for Project in Mathematics

Corey Holleman –  Yale Science and Engineering Association Science Fair Award

AJ Goodman and Logan Hughes Team Project – Outstanding Project in Animal Science First Place

Jasmine Thomas – NASA Earth System Science Award
