New Student Registration
STUDENT REGISTRATION FOR NEW KINDERGARTEN – 12TH GRADE STUDENTS

New students will also need to provide copies of the following documents:
- Shot Record
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Current Physical form Doctor(wellness checkup) for new kindergarteners only
For elementary students:
Documents can be dropped off at the elementary office, emailed to conde.heather@poyenschool.com, or faxed to 501-332-8886.
For high school students:
Documents can be dropped off at the high school office, emailed to brown.jeannie@poyenschool.com, or faxed to 501-332-8886.
